The Gathering: A 1.5-hour immersive journey through sound, movement, breath, and story

What to Expect:

We begin in circle. After brief introductions, you'll be guided into the experience through an ancient story and mantra. As live sound fills the room (singing bowls, synth, ocean drum, voice), you'll be invited inward. This is not a passive experience. You'll move, breathe, and release in your own way as the sound carries you deeper into your body. No choreography, no right way. Just you, following what's alive.

Then, the journey softens. You'll return to stillness for breathwork, journaling, and reflection. Then we open the circle for sharing, for those who wish. We close with a gentle sound bath to integrate the experience before returning to the world, grounded and present.
